From December 6 to 10, the 1st Block seminar on Module 3 "Methods of scientific research"_RK ("Modern methods of scientific research"_RF) will be held on the basis of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin within the framework of the international project ERASMUS+ 610383-EPP-1-2019- DE-EPPRF2-CBHE-JP (2019-2086) Improving postgraduate education in the field of sustainable agriculture and agro-systems of the future - SAGRIS.
The consortium of the named project sets the following goals:
-to develop and introduce into the educational programs of the third cycle disciplines and modules on interdisciplinary content and transdisciplinary approaches relevant for research in the field of agricultural sciences and innovations;
- to increase the potential of universities in the field of training scientific and pedagogical personnel on the basis of international standards and on the example of best practices;
- to strengthen international and interregional academic exchange and scientific cooperation between universities of Russia and Kazakhstan;
-to create an expert network of universities on education at the third stage in the field of agricultural sciences in order to exchange best practices with the general public.
The block seminar will be held on the basis of two universities:
Stavropol State Agrarian University, Stavropol (RF) and Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin, Nur-Sultan (RK).
During the week-long seminar, a deep immersion in the theory and practice of applying modern research methods is planned, taking into account the experience of scientists and the achievements of doctoral students from universities in Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland. The fifth day of the Block seminar will be full of positive examples, discussion of challenges and prospects of the third cycle education at the international forum "Prospects of postgraduate education in agricultural universities of Russia and Kazakhstan on the way to integration into the international scientific community". The participants of this event will be representatives of a Consortium of 5 partner universities of the European Union, as well as 4 Russian and 4 Kazakh universities with the consulting and expert support of accreditation agencies, research organizations and businesses in Russia and Kazakhstan.
The format of the Block seminar is hybrid (face-to-face and distance).
